Ha yeah usually it is glass lol but this time it's going to be all digital for maximum sound proofing. Wires go through insulated walls and insulated outlets. They have 2 monitors inside the booth and a monitor outside. I had a idea of using MotionEye OS inside of Raspberry Pi OS Lite. The Zero 2 W is said to be good at streaming video (never tried myself), but I don't think it would be capable of showing the other stream simultaneously on a screen. Most zeros are used headless because the desktop takes too much memory. Streaming to a tablet may be a solution for the vocal booth, I don't know. The receiving end of the control room could be anything, you probably already have a screen on the recording equipment.
A Raspberry 4 or 5 would run pretty hot, and you don't want to introduce a fan in the booth.
